4. Booking and Payment

To book a session, event, or donkey visit, you must contact us directly through our website or via phone/email. By booking a service, you agree to the following conditions:

Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Payment: Full payment must be made prior to or on the day of the service, unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to deductions for administrative fees.
Weather Policy: Donkey-related activities are subject to weather conditions. In the event of unsuitable weather, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the activity.

5. Health, Safety, and Conduct

The health and safety of our clients, staff, and donkeys are our top priority. When participating in any of our services, you agree to the following:

Health Disclosure: Clients must disclose any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their participation in activities. We may request additional information to ensure your safety.
Supervision: Children and vulnerable individuals must be supervised by an adult at all times during sessions.
Code of Conduct: We expect all participants to treat our staff, donkeys, and other attendees with respect and kindness. Any form of disruptive or harmful behavior will result in immediate removal from the session and may result in cancellation without refund.
